📝 Vendor Space Reservation Policy
Vendor space will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. However, reservations will not be confirmed or assigned until either a deposit or full payment has been received.
💳 Payment Deadline Final payment must be submitted no later than October 1, 2025, by 5:00 PM.
🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy Please note: No refunds will be issued, and no cancellations will be accepted after the payment deadline. To request a cancellation before the deadline, submit a written notice via email to mcalesteroktoberfest@yahoo.com with the subject line: "Cancellation Notice."
